Warranty & Disclaimer
All QuikConnect / Laptop Travel brand products are warranted to
be of good and merchantable quality under normal usage conditions.
Any and all other warranties are expressly disclaimed.
Our remedy for defective products is limited to replacement of
the defective product, and no incidental or consequential damages
will be recognized. All other products offered carry the warranties,
if any, of their manufacturers and are not the responsibility
of Laptop Travel.

LIMITED BATTERY WARRANTY
Laptop Travel warrants its laptop battery packs to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) During
the first thirty (30) days from date of purchase Laptop Travel will at its choice
repair or replace any defective battery pack. Laptop Travel will cover
the cost of return. Any issues with shipping is not Laptop Travel responsibility.
(2) This
warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack
has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected,
overcharged or misused in any way.
This warranty for batteries is not applicable to custom-ordered batteries.
Batteries from some manufacturers are not covered with any warranties.
(3) All
requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
and be made via an RMA authorized by Laptop Travel.
