Returns
You must obtain a return authorization before returning an item
for a refund. To obtain a return authorization, contact us by
phone at 1-888-527-8728 (Toll Free US & Canada) (8 - 4 Central Time) or send us an e-mail
click here.
If the returned item is defective or has been damaged in shipment,
we will send you a replacement and will cover your cost of returning
the item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost
of returning items to us.
PLEASE NOTE
** All returns
must be made within 30 days of the original purchase (with the
exception of defective laptop batteries - see Battery Warranty).
** All returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Refunds
If a returned item is defective or has been damaged in shipment,
we will at your option either send you a replacement or issue
you a credit in the amount of the item's cost plus the original
shipping charge. If you have decided not to keep an item for
some other reason, we will issue you a credit for the cost of
the item less a $10.00 restocking charge and will not refund
the original shipping charge.
