We offer a variety of international shipping options designed
to assure reliable delivery at a reasonable cost.
. For shipments outside the continental US,
standard delivery is by UPS. Delivery is usually in 3-5 business
days (absent delay in customs clearance) and each shipment is
fully trackable in the UPS system. Our Standard International
UPS charge is based on the destination country, the size and weight of the package.
You will be notified prior to shipment if additional charges
are necessary and you will have the opportunity to approve the
charges or cancel the order.
Orders. We ship to our Canadian customers via
UPS. Express service takes 2 - 3 days and is priced depending on product weight and your location.
Standard service takes 7 - 10 days and is priced depending on product weight and your location. Duty
and tax are not included in these prices and are the responsibility
of the customer. PLEASE NOTE that UPS imposes
an additional brokerage fee for customs clearance on standard
shipping orders. This fee varies based on the product(s) being
delivered in Canada but can be significant and is also the customer's
and FPO Addresses. We ship internationally to PO
boxes only for US Postal Service shipments to APO and FPO addresses.
We cannot be responsible for late deliveries or package loss or
theft on such shipments.
Recipients of international orders are responsible for local import
duties and taxes, if any. We declare the total value of items
purchased (excluding shipping costs) for customs purposes. Please
note that we do not calculate or estimate these local charges
and that they can be significant in relation to the value of your
Times. Although we generally ship the same day we receive
an order, there are often slight delays on international orders
to clarify credit card issues or to obtain authorization for higher
shipping costs. We do not ship on holidays or weekends so orders
received shortly before a holiday or weekend will not ship until
