Make the most of your new free time by learning about guitars from ReviewPlays.com

There’s a lot of romance and wishful thinking associated with working from home. A lot of people think that if you work from home, your day opens up and your time is fully yours. Well, not quite. If you’re freelancing, you’re still trading your time, but you have a lot more freedom.

You can decide how to do it. You can decide when to do it as long as it gets turned on time, and as long as you meet your quota, your client probably doesn’t care. That is several steps higher than the typical 9-to-5 job because if you work at a typical 9-to-5 job, you have to be at a specific place at a specific time doing specific things with specific people.

It can get old really quickly. It can become some sort of soul-killing daily routine. In fact, a lot of people call their 9-to-5 job their daily humiliation. If their job did not pay, they would be out of there as soon as possible.

It’s no surprise that in survey after survey, most Americans register discomfort, dislike and, in many cases, disgust with what they do for a living. Let’s face it work can suck out the life out of you.

That’s why freelancing is so awesome because you get to mix things up. You get to do things on your own terms at your own time as long as you meet certain standards. That’s pretty much it. You get a lot of freedom. To take things to the next level, you can create passive income systems on the Internet and you get more freedom over your time.

As awesome as all this sounds, it does bring with it its own set of challenges. What are you going to do with all that free time? If you’re single, this is going to be a challenge. If you are married with kids, then you probably already know the answer. The answer, of course, is to spend quality time with your children and be more involved and engaged in their childhood and really help your kids turn into high-quality adult citizens.

However, if you are single, it’s going to be a challenge for you to figure out what to do with your free time. I suggest you pour that time into doing something creative. One of the most spiritually enriching things that I’ve done is to play guitar.

Usually, when people think of spiritually, they think about religion. They think about mysticism. They think about transcendence and all that. That is true at some level, but there is also something spiritual about playing because you have to understand that you are speaking with the strings of the guitar, and that language comes from deep within you. It emanates from the bubbling brook of your soul.

Whatever it is that influenced you in the past, whatever it is that changed your view of the future and whatever it is that have resonated with your hopes, dreams and wishes, you can speak that language through your guitar-playing.

What is really shocking about all of this is that people can understand your language because music is the universal language. It is very seductive on a very spiritual level.

So, do yourself a big favor. If you want to learn how to play the guitar so you can speak from a very deep and transcendent place, learn about playing guitars from ReviewPlays.com. They not only give you the inside scoop on how to play a guitar, but you in the inside tract as to which guitars to play.

These tips can definitely go a long way in helping you in playing the guitar on a very high level. You definitely will not embarrass yourself in public when you take their. I can pretty much guarantee that.

Enjoy your blogging trip to Romania by looking up restaurante nunti Bucuresti

One of the great things about passive income blogging is that you get a tremendous amount of freedom. Think about it. Unlike “real” work where you have to show up physically at a specific place, trap yourself in some sort of cubicle box for eight hours and then you get paid for those eight hours. That’s how most people ear their daily bread.

If they don’t show up in that cubicle prison for the designated time, they don’t make the designated amount of money. Pretty straightforward, very simple, not rocket science.

The problem is this gets old really quickly. You’re basically selling your time, and you might be thinking that your time is neither here nor there because everybody has time.

Well, you might want to think again because your time is actually your most important possession. You need to guard it with your soul because regardless of what you devote your time to, it will grow.

If you don’t believe me, invest time in your body. Show up at a gym on time every single day. Go through a workout routine. Do it every single day. Invest two to three hours every single day and what will happen to you? Not only would you lose weight, but you would look better, you would look younger and you would feel more energized, and people would probably find you very attractive. That’s how it works!

If you’re not the physical type, invest time in your mind. If you read books day after day, and you watch YouTube video analysis of those books, and you engage people in productive conversations regarding ideas, people start thinking that you’re an expert. People start following you or admiring you for your imagination, creativity and your expertise and credibility.

How do you think experts arise? They didn’t come out of nowhere. They definitely did not fall into your lap. They spent time to craft their expertise.

My point is whatever you pour your time into, grows. It was a shame for me to pour all my time into a 9-to-5 job.

What I did was I created these blog posts, and I just worked on them once. I worked on them intensively. I packed as much information and value into each of them, and I made sure that they were very easy to read by ensuring that they were written in plain English. Fast forward to today and people still flock to those pages. So, I worked once but those pages make money many times over.

That’s the world of passive income. You don’t work to earn money. When you work and then you stop, you still keep earning money. There’s nothing better than that situation. That’s why I was able to pretty much travel all over the world.

One of these blogging trips that I took brought me to Romania. Romania is really awesome. It used to be called Transylvania. If that place name sounds familiar, think Dracula. This is all historical fact because there was a Romanian ruler named Dracul, and his historical name was Vlad Tepes.

The Legend of  Dracula became popular because Vlad Tepes, as my local Romanian guide explained to me, made it a point to wage psychological warfare on the Moslems Turks invading Transylvania at that time. He would impale them. This got into the minds of his enemies so they did not try to mess with Vlad Tepes. Apparently, it worked.

Romania is full of such amazing lore. it really is a very historical place. It also has awesome food so if you’re looking for your next hot blogging trip, definitely check out Romania. It has a lot of surprises. In particular, look up restaurante nunti Bucuresti. You’d be blown away.

Take break from passive income blogging by riding your Swegway

I remember the first time I got into passive income blogging. I thought it was untrue. I thought it was just a waste of time, but I love talking about League of Legends. I’m a big League of Legends fan. I eat, sleep and think League of Legends all the time so I thought it was a nice fit. I was coming up with all sorts of cheats, insider guides. I was walking people through using video. I was doing the whole League of Legends thing. It was a lifestyle to me.

Well, it turned out that I could actually make money off it because I’m not the only one who was looking for cheats, tips and tricks. When I put up this information, I get a lot of traffic from Google, and people were clicking my ads.

I then wised up to the fact that I actually had a lot of advice so I created my own book and instead of settling for five cents per click from AdSense, I was selling my book for twenty-five bucks a pop. Believe it or not I was able to make twenty-five thousand dollars per month during the heaviest periods of my fairly new passive income blogging experience.

I’m sharing this with you not to brag. Instead, I’m sharing this with you to highlight the fact that it takes a lot of work to build a very successful blogging empire. It is no joke.

I know there are a lot of people making it all sound easy. Be very careful of these people because they’re actually scammers. That’s what they’re doing. Seriously. What they’re really trying to do is separate you from your hard-earned money because what they are trying to sell is not the actual reality of passive income blogging. Far from it. What they’re selling is a fantasy.

You have to understand that something will never come from nothing. What I’m trying to say is that you have to put in the work, and part of the work means trying, failing, trying, failing, trying, failing, and keeping at it until you learned the lesson and then you move up to the next level.

This is what separates people who succeed and people who just see dollar signs, get all excited, jump in with both feet and they get burned again and again.

I’ve seen happen all the time. People get all excited, and they put in all sorts of time, effort, money and emotional energy into online passive income blogging only to end up with very little to show for all of that investment.

However, if you are able to make it happen because you are able to sacrifice, do yourself a big favor, build your empire on the rock-solid foundation of consistency. This means that you don’t burn out. This means that you stay in the game, you stay engaged and you stay focused.

How do you do this? Learn to say no. People all over will basically ask all sorts of favors. They’ll probably try to dictate, outsource or tell you what to do. Whatever the case may be learn to say no.

Also, learn to have some sort of diversion or hobby. Personally, I got a Swegway hoverboard, and I would ride it for about an hour or two hours a day. When I’m knee-deep into the details of my blogs and trying to brainstorm new ways of taking them to the next level and crushing my competitors, I take a break because you’re most creative when you give your brain enough time to rest.

Make no mistake about it when you’re on a Swegway hoverboard, and you’re just enjoying the view, and it feels like you’re floating on air, your emotional, creative and imaginative batteries start to recharge.

Do yourself a big favor. Stop running on empty as far as your passion and creativity are concerned. Don’t run on fumes.

Give yourself the necessary breaks that you need. Maybe you should plaint. Perhaps you should sing. Maybe you should read poetry. Do whatever it takes to get the recharge that you need.

Personally, I love to ride my Swegway. Maybe you would too.

Get more renters for your passive asset by installing the kind of composite decking UK residents love

A lot of people think that just because they have some sort of real state that they will enjoy passive income. I know a lot of bloggers who made quite a bit of money in the online passive income game translating their blogging earnings to rental earnings by buying up rental properties. So far so good, right?

Well, here’s the problem. If you are going to be making that kind of transition, the solution that you’re looking at carries with it its own particular set of challenges. In this context, the word “challenge” is really shorthand for problems because if you don’t play the game right, you might be creating more problems than you are solving.

I’m not saying this to discourage you from setting up rental income systems. I’m not doing that. That is not my intention.

Instead, I want you to be realistic about what you’re about to do. I want you to see the whole thing with wide-open eyes. I want you to see the whole picture because it’s not as black and white as you think. It’s not as clear-cut as you think.

A lot of people think that when they put up a rental space, you just need to announce it to the world and people will beat a path to their door. Boy, do I wish that is absolutely true!

I remember the first time I put up a building, and this was basically a foreclosed building that I flipped. My wife originally wanted to sell it, but the market wasn’t so hot so we decided to turn it into a rental asset. Both of us were pumped up because we thought “Hey, since rents are going up and rental units are few and far between, this a slam dunk.” In fact, my wife was saying that it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.

Well, two years waiting for tenants quickly disabused us of that fantasy. It turns out that people are not going to rent units just because they have no other options. They’re going to find options. That’s how sophisticated and how driven people are. Don’t think that just because you’re offering the right space at an average price that people would just get all excited. They won’t.

You have to make it worth their while. This is why my and I changed our luck when it comes to our real estate passive asset by installing the kind of composite decking UK residents love. When we did this, we attracted a lot of tenants, and now the unit is paying for itself, and is almost paid off.

Cosmetics do count because you have to understand that at the end of the day, product positioning is all psychological. You can sell somebody a rock that cost you all of one dollar for five hundred dollars if you position and promote that rock properly. A lot of this has to do with psychological signals, and composite decking may not be all that big of a deal. It’s definitely not sexy but if it conveys enough cosmetic firepower, you’d be surprised as to how quickly your rental units go.

If real estate is your passive income system, you need to read primeheaters.com for the right heating solutions

I remember the first time it dawned on to me that my blogging income as well as my online store income were enough for me to quit my job. They were also enough for me to basically sign up for all sorts of retirement programs so I’m well taken care of when I turn 65.

It really blew my mind that simply putting up page after page on the Internet on certain topics talking about issues a certain way and promoting certain programs would result in this much money.

Well, interestingly enough, figuring out how to create an online passive income system also creates its own set of problems. You’re probably rolling your eyes. You might even be laughing out loud. You might even be saying, “That’s the kind of problem I’d love to have.”

Believe me I agree with you because when I first heard that people were making passive income online, I didn’t believe it as well but when I started seeing it for myself, I said to myself, “Well, that’s the kind of problem I’d like to have.”

One way to turn your online passive income into real-world or brick-and-mortar passive income is to get rental properties. Think about it. Making money this way is like shooting fish in a barrel. People have been making money this way for a long, long time now. It’s extremely passive. You just buy a building, you rent it out and month after month, people pay rent.

The best part to all of this is the loan than that you took out to buy that building in the first place is being paid for by the rent of your tenants. If you don’t operate in rent-control zone, you can keep raising the rates to keep pace with inflation.

If you play your cards right, you basically get property at a steep discount. I’m not going to hype you up and say that you’re going to get it for free. There are certain remote situations where people do get to play their rental/real estate game for absolutely free, but they don’t happen so frequently for me to be comfortable sharing them with you, but you get my point. If you want to create passive income for yourself that is also self-liquidating, you might want to consider real estate.

With that said, as mentioned earlier, it carries its own set of problems. As awesome as this way of making money may seem, it has its own set of challenges. One of these challenges is tenant comfort. Let me tell you your property is not going to pay for itself if there’s nobody renting it. That’s basic logic. That’s common sense.

Unfortunately, a lot of landlords do not practice common sense when it comes to the creature comforts of their spaces. They really don’t. They think that people would be happy if they just have a roof over their head, four walls and nobody comes in and robs them. In their minds, when somebody flicks on a switch and the lights come on and they turn on a tap and the water out or they flush a toilet and everything goes where it’s supposed to go, then they have done their job.

Absolute wrong! If you’re that type of landlord, you would deserve what you have coming to you, which is not much.

You have to understand that the name of the game when it comes to passive rental income is to make your tenants happy. Making tenants happy is actually not rocket science. The water has to be heated. People should not feel like they’re taking cold showers in the middle of winter.

How do you fix this? Read primeheaters.com so you can get the right heating solutions for your rental units. There is really no excuse for you to run a substandard housing unit. You’re trying to build a passive income system. You’re not trying to be some sort slum lord. There is a difference.

True laptop nomads know how to buy lol accounts the right way

Undeniably, League of Legends is really taking the world by storm. I learned this first hand when I went  backpacking through Southeast Asia.I started my trip in the Philippines, and when I went to an internet café, people are playing DoTa or League of Legends. So far so good. So when I went to Vietnam the same situation happens. I thought it was a fluke. Until I went to Thailand, I saw the same thing there.

The great thing about travelling with my laptop is that I can pretty much earn a living regardless of where I find myself in. It really is quite liberating, quite a mixed experience. You can make money off the internet as a blogger or as a freelancer and you can basically live life on your own terms. Also, it doesn’t have to cost any amount because the cost of living in Southeast Asia is just a fraction of how much it costs in some parts of the United States, Canada and Western Europe.

With that said, you still have to manage your finances. This is why when I decided to buy LoL accounts to level up my game in League of Legends, I have to do a lot of homework first. I have to roll up my sleeves and invest a lot of time, effort and energy to ensure that I buy the very best lol accounts.

You have to understand that when you are a true-blue laptop nomad, you are trying to maximizing the value of every dollar you spend on your trip. This means you are trying to maximize your experience. Trying to buy lol accounts should not be any different. These accounts are made by different people under certain circumstances and sometimes, the account do not really do the job you bought them for.

So you have to be clear on who you buy it for, what their track record is and how these products can improve your game. That’s the bottom-line. If you lose sight  of these then you are not maximizing the value, you are really not living the life of a true-blue laptop nomad.

While the barrier to entry to the laptop nomad passive income empire builder community is quite low, actually achieving that status is quite pricey. It’s pricey not in terms of cold hard cash. However, you need to put the right amount of time. You have to put the right amount of attention to details. This is the key. Most people are excited about joining this community but the vast majority of them don’t make it. They never achieve the passive income lifestyle. It’s not for lack of intelligence. It’s all about the right planning. Read the tips above and get on track.

Never get lost in your blogging journeys again with GPS site Internet

I remember the first time I went to Southeast Asia after I’ve set up my online blog empire. The great thing about blogging is that people are going to be looking for what you write if you know what you’re doing. One of the most common mistakes bloggers make is that they think that as long as they are excited about a particular topic that everybody else in the world will be as excited as them.

Absolutely wrong because if you think like this, chances are you’re going to find yourself in the poorhouse. Chances are your websites are going to go nowhere. You have to know what to write about. You have to focus on where the demand is and the market will take care of you. It’s that simple.

I wish I could tell you that I started the game this way. I wish I could tell you that I just jumped in with both feet, knew exactly what to do and I became instantly wealthy. If I said that to you, I would be flat-out lying because that was not the case.

I struggled for several years until it dawned on me that people were actually only reading a fairly narrow range of stories in any given niche. When I figured this out, I was able to create websites that drew enough eyeballs every single month for me to quit my job and basically be financially independent.

It also enabled me to be geographically independent as well. One month I would be living in California and then the next month, I would be in Thailand. After that, I would be in Italy.

As awesome as your blogging journeys are, please understand that depending on where you go, you might get lost. I know that sounds crazy. It might even sound improbable, but it’s absolutely true.

I mean take the case of California, for example. A lot of people think that California is basically just San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles all mashed up together. Absolutely wrong! You have to understand that there are two Californias – the Coast and everything else.

Let me tell you if you are going to go to Lake Tahoe or Reno, Nevada, which is going through the northern part of California, there are many parts there that are very rural and very provincial. You can easily get lost.

So, do yourself a big favor. Regardless of where you’re going, make sure that you are protected with GPS site Internet. This way, people can always track you. I know that sounds crazy because a lot of people don’t want to be tracked. People would like to lose their fingerprints, if you will, when they’re on the Internet.

Well, if you want to be safe, you want people to at least track you down just to see if you’re doing okay. Do yourself a big favor. Never get lost in your blogging journeys again by investing in the right GPS site Internet tracking system.

It’s not a very intrusive. It doesn’t trip you up. Also, it’s not expensive at all. Think of it as an investment in your peace of mind.

You have to understand that just because you live in a nice part of the country doesn’t necessarily mean that the whole country is that nice, that interconnected and that developed. There are many rough spots out there so make sure that people can always get in touch with you regardless of where you are. At the very least, at least the people that you want to know will know where you are just in case.

True nomads know how to find the best sewing machine brands quickly

When people go from country to country packing their laptop so that they can make money blogging, they do not usually think about sewing machines, much less, sewing machine brands. It really is too bad, because if you think about it, any kind of exposure you have to product selection pretty much trains you  to become an overall consumer.

It may not be all that obvious while you are going to decision making process, but as you sharpen your analytical skills and spotting the advantages and disadvantages as well as features or room for improvement on any kind of product or service, you become a sharper consumer all around. You obviously won’t apply the exact same criteria across many different product categories. For example, if you are buying a car, it is going to be different than when you are buying an eraser for your pencil.

As long as there is some sort of decision grid to follow where you can maximize the value for  every cent that you invest on the product, you become the better consumer. The name of the game is to spend as little money and gain as much value out of your purchase. A lot of people are unclear about this.

True nomads have to know about this because they live by their wits. You go from country to country, blogging, making money off the internet through your blog and doing freelancing. That’s the best life, but with it comes tremendous responsibilities.

Unless you figured out how to make a tremendous amount of money so that money is no longer the object. You are going to have maximized the value of your purchasing decisions. Believe it or not, figuring out the best sewing machine to buy actually trains you to become a much better consumer across the board, whether you are buying candies or offering all sorts of services or buying a cup of coffee at your next tourist stop. You get the right mind frame so you become a better decision maker.

Why should go through this process? What is the big deal anyway? Well, it is quite a big deal because you make tons of choices daily. You really do. You might not be fully aware of these but you are always choosing. Wouldn’t you want to save more money and time when making these calls? Wouldn’t you like to make the right choice every single time? The key to all of this is to work as little as possible while getting the most results as possible. This doesn’t happen overnight but it is a skill anyone can acquire. It is definitely worth your time, effort, attention to detail, and mental energy. Do it. Do it today. Do it now.

If you are traveling, you need the right solar generator

I know that sounds crazy but if you are somebody who makes money through the Internet and you’re basically living out of your laptop, you need to think about getting a solar generator. I know you’re probably rolling your eyes. You might even be looking at the screen not believing what you’re reading.

Why would anybody in the right mind lug around a solar generator? I mean, it’s not like these things are the size of a postage stamp. It’s not like these things cost and weigh no more than your typical laptop or notebook computer. What’s going on? What’s the big deal about this type of equipment anyways? Well, let’s get one thing clear.

If you are making money off the Internet and you’ve created all sorts of websites that produce a very decent income every month, you have probably traveled extensively. I know the first time I set up AdSense pages all over the Internet covering all sorts of niches, I decided to travel all fifty states. It took me about a year and a half, but I was able to pull it off.

Of course, I’m not the type who would go to one state, stay there for a couple of days and then move on to the next state. I’m the type of person who would like to savor where I am, and that’s why it took me that long.

However, it was definitely a trip of a lifetime but, sure enough, the passive income kept going, and I didn’t need to get a 9-to-5 job so, again, I lived out the laptop-travel lifestyle and moved to Southeast Asia. I stayed there for a couple of years moving from country to country. It’s an amazing thing.

However, this is where the solar generator and solar power issue comes up. It would be great if you are traveling across cosmopolitan areas. In fact, in many places in the world, even if you are living in the capital city, 24/7 365 power, and I’m talking about electrical power, is still not guaranteed.

You have to understand that’s just a part of life. I mean let’s get really here. Even in certain parts of the United States, you’re not guarantee consistent power. In fact, in certain parts of the United States, the power company will not put up lines because it just doesn’t make any economic sense. What are you going to do in that situation?

This is where a solar generator comes in, and the great thing about this piece of equipment is that it doesn’t really weigh all that much. Sure, it’s still around 20 pounds, but it’s manageable. It’s not like you’re bringing around some sort of tabletop or some sort of refrigerator door. It comes at a fairly decent weight.

Also, solar generator technology now is evolving so fast that they’ve become lighter yet they produce a tremendous amount of energy. In other words, you get the best of both worlds.

While we’re still not quite there as far as getting a huge amount of electricity with as little sun as possible for as little dollars as possible, we’re definitely taking steps in the right direction. I would suggest that you get yourself one of these units store it away if you are traveling, and then when you find yourself in a country with a nice coastline line but very few power lines, you might want to whip out your solar generator.

This is the essence of real laptop traveling. A real laptop nomad does not let something like a lack of electricity get in the way. Do you see how this works? It’s all about freedom. It’s all about a range of options so you have to give yourself that option. Come prepared.
